About The Position
The Managed Services Client Success Lead will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the success of existing Managed Services client relationships while leading account strategy activities to maximize the value of BDO Digital services. This role is customer-facing and focuses on account management, customer service, and promoting Managed Services and technology solutions to meet client business needs. The individual will build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and alignment with customer objectives.
