Role Overview This is an onsite position based in Temple, Texas. Our Managed Services team is growing, and we are looking for detail-oriented Pricebook Analysts to support and maintain our customers’ pricing and inventory systems. In this role, you will manage product, cost, and retail data for convenience store clients, helping ensure accuracy across their pricebook and inventory management processes. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of experts to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day pricing operations. Using PDI’s software solutions, you will help optimize retail and inventory modules, resolve pricing and promotional challenges, and contribute to improving operational efficiency for our customers. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, reliable pricing data that supports better decision-making and stronger business performance. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Data entry or retail inventory experience
  • Convenience store or retail experience

Responsibilities

  • Providing Pricebook maintenance services for customer’s centralized inventory database
  • Collaborating daily with customers and supply vendors
  • Maintaining vendor items, standard costs, and promotional costs
  • Implementing and maintaining standard and promotional retail of items sold at the point of sale
  • Troubleshooting issues; analyzing inventory data to spot anomalies and potential problem
  • Performing daily record-keeping for audit trail and billing purposes
  • Special projects as assigned
