We are FIS. Our technology powers the world’s economy and our teams bring innovation to life. We champion diversity to deliver the best products and solutions for our colleagues, clients, and communities. If you’re ready to start learning, growing, and making an impact with a career in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS? As a member of the CXCD Team, the Managed Service Change Analyst will gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems related to cleared derivatives. You will also translate these requirements into functional specifications that define what the system, process, or product/service must deliver to meet end-user and business needs. Collaborate with clients and BPaaS Operations teams to gather high-level requirements and understand business needs. Document business requirements clearly and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Provide analytical support by coordinating data extraction from multiple databases and interpreting results. Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders to design effective solutions. Participate in functionality, integration, and user acceptance testing, creating, and maintaining test cases as well as documenting results. Adhere to established change management processes for change deployment. Weekend work is expected.
