About The Position
The Tech Enablement Senior Manager for the Managed Network Services team is responsible for the strategic development and integration of the Virtual Network Services product portfolio, which includes solutions that span SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SASE. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Managed Network Services products not only meet customer needs but also align with Verizon's overall business goals. The Senior Manager will work closely with various teams including product management, GTS, product engineering, TPD, and Network to deliver exceptional customer experiences through the Managed Network Services offerings. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Verizon Business Group's Technology Solutions organization. You will influence the Managed Services technology stack, support systems, and tooling design. Your responsibilities will include defining customer requirements for the streamlined Managed Network Services (MNS) offering and driving these requirements with the GTS, GN&T, and vendor organizations to ensure successful delivery across the quote, order, bill, and support experiences. You will develop and execute the product roadmap for Managed Network Services, identifying new features, enhancements, and integrations. Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to ensure that products are developed according to the roadmap and meet customer needs. Additionally, you will work with product management and marketing to align technical capabilities with go-to-market strategies for Managed Network Services products. Your role will also involve working with customer success teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of these products. Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the Managed Network Services market will be crucial for identifying opportunities for innovation. You will conduct competitive analysis to track the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products and manage the product development budget effectively. Your interactions with senior-level executives within Verizon and customers will help tie together Verizon's strategic goals with customer objectives, ensuring that the Managed Network Services offerings are positioned for success.
