  • Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
  • Willing and able to take & pass drug test
  • 18+ years of age
  • Advanced computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and understand our customers' needs and creatively solve their problems involving the software and hardware products we offer.
  • Communicate well with customers, using language they can understand in a patient, friendly and approachable manner.
  • Install customer desktop and networking hardware, such as laptops, keyboards, physical servers, firewalls, network switches
  • Configure new workstations for customers based on their needs.
