Looking for a skilled MOVEit / Managed File Transfer (MFT) Administrator to manage secure, automated file transfers across enterprise systems. Responsibilities and Qualifications Design, implement, and manage MFT and automation solutions ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data exchanges with business partners. Administer and maintain MOVEit Transfer & Automation platforms, including account creation, SFTP site management, and compliance enforcement. Leverage native MOVEit Automation and/or RPA platforms to set up, monitor, and optimize file transfer workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving reliability. Develop reusable automation templates for onboarding new partners, provisioning accounts, and configuring recurring tasks. Monitor MFT systems and automated workflows, troubleshoot exceptions, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance. Analyze functional and technical aspects of existing processes to identify automation opportunities that deliver cost savings and improved service quality. Integrate MOVEit with enterprise applications and cloud services (ERP, Salesforce CRM, Azure Blob) using APIs, scripts, or RPA bots to streamline end‑to‑end EDI workflows. Act as a focal point for automation‑enabled problem resolution and customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and continuous improvement of workflows. Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders; perform root cause analysis for integration issues. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to understand integration requirements and translate them into automated technical solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Conform with PMO guidelines and procedures when developing IT solutions to defined business problems using structured methodologies. Conduct meetings with customers to ensure requirements are clear and solutions meet desired business needs.
