About The Position

The ideal candidate will work with the Executive Director of Access and Reimbursement to manage and negotiate hospital contracts. This role is responsible for all contracts management of facility, professional, and ancillary agreements. The candidate will negotiate contracts to assure the optimum balance of progressive growth and profitability, coordinating closely with various departments as well as contracted entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• At least 5 years of experience working with health insurance contracts, including within a hospital environment
• Proven track record with contract negotiations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
• Proven relationships with local, California payors strongly preferred
