The Medical Resource Unit is currently seeking a Managed Care Coordinator to coordinate and support managed care services for Claims.

Requirements

  • proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access

Nice To Haves

  • experience with claims and managed care programs preferred
  • experience with case management services preferred
  • claims system knowledge preferred
  • knowledge in Medicare reporting rules preferred

Responsibilities

  • communicate with vendor partners and coordinates referrals for managed care services
  • document file assignments and directions with high attention to detail
  • complete review and payment of claims invoices, coordinating revisions as necessary
  • collaborate with managed care vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure process consistency
  • work in team environment as part of Medical Resource Unit supporting Managed Care, No Fault Claims, and Medicare
  • work on projects as requested
