About The Position
In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices. This includes maintaining Dynamics 365 environments, implementing business solutions and operations best practices, and utilizing consulting processes, tools, and methodologies. You will leverage technology to drive efficiencies in business operations, which is essential for our clients' success. This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be client-focused and team-oriented. You will be a valued member of our team, maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and occasionally working nights and weekends to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features to meet business objectives, managing environments by deploying solutions, applying updates, and refreshing environments. You will troubleshoot business application and supporting infrastructure issues, provide remote consulting to clients both functionally and technically, and understand how to obtain customer business requirements while effectively communicating your findings. Additionally, you will be expected to adopt and learn new technologies, work with teams in configuring their Microsoft D365 CE systems, and manage issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneously.
