The Managed Aircraft, Senior Technician acts as the central point of contact for coordinating all maintenance issues. They ensure company aircraft are maintained on and off site in compliance with all regulatory requirements for Airshare. They are responsible for contacting and arranging maintenance personnel to clear aircraft discrepancies and return aircraft to service in a timely and effective manner. The Managed Aircraft Senior Technician is appointed and empowered by the aircraft certificate holder's Director of Maintenance to conduct designated functions of the Director of Maintenance office. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies as outlined in the Airshare Part 135 Operations Manual and General Maintenance Manual, including all reports required by FAR 15. Conducts or assists with all inspections and repairs on aircraft and aircraft sub-assemblies and performs required documentation, billing, regulatory and other administrative tasks in adherence with Company, Customer and FAA policies.
