Additionally, Radiologic Technologist, Mammography, performs screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, performs and/or assists with needle localization procedures and assists with performing mammographic quality control as directed. Competency will be assessed by testing, demonstration and/or direct observation. Position reports to the Department Manager. Maintains quality assurance and performance improvement activities within the department as directed. Complies with all Joint Commission, federal, state and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Requires excellent customer service skills.
