Requirements
- Florida state licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
- ARRT Certification in Mammography (M)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provide timely diagnostic services to patients under the direction of a Radiologist
- Perform mammography procedures, bone density studies, and basic radiographic procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in routine mammography procedures, including but not limited to screening and diagnostic mammography, needle localization, and specimen imaging
- Program the mammography unit for correct density, contrast, definition, magnification, and distortion
