About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and qualified Mammography Technologist for a 14-week contract assignment in Houston, TX. This role involves performing mammography imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of mammography experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT Certification: R.T.(R)(M)
- MRT Certification from the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography imaging procedures according to established protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Comply with radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
