About The Position

Perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Responsible for producing high quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Requirements

• Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Washington Radiologic Technologist
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography (Within 1 year of hire)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of full-time mammography experience
