In this role you will get too: Responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and/or research purposes, which utilize advanced aspects of computer assisted, digital image recording, and analysis systems. This position is also responsible for the independent operation of radiographic equipment and for providing high quality diagnostic images to the radiologist and referring physicians. This position is required to meet MQSA guidelines for mammography screening.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography Program with the ability to be ARRT certified within 90 days of hire/transfer AND have the MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer
  • Certification/Licensure Requirements: Upon earning ARRT certification must maintain certification
  • West Market: If North Dakota, must have current or temporary license on North Dakota Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (NDMIRT) upon hire/transfer

Responsibilities
