About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for performing high-quality mammographic imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The technologist will ensure patient safety, comfort, and strict adherence to all regulatory, quality, and facility standards.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ARRT Certification: R.T.(R)(M)
• Texas MRT License issued by the Texas Medical Board (TMB)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure accurate patient positioning while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
• Operate mammography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document procedures, patient data, and imaging results
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
