About The Position

Radiologic Technologist/Mammography Technologist (multi-modality), Part-Time, 32 hours per week. We are seeking an x-ray tech with experience in mammography or willing to learn. Potential cross-training into additional modalities. The Mammography Technologist works independently in a clinic setting to obtain mammography images and assesses them for quality. This position is responsible for the timely, courteous, and accurate collection of patient information and all related documentation to complete registration, insurance verification and authorization, and medical scheduling procedures. Will perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required. Bachelors Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Willing to train new employees. Experience as a Radiologic Technologist, Mammography Technologist, CT Technologist, or DEXA Technologist preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) certifications with Radiology and Mammography credential required within 1 year of hire. Licensed as a Medical Radiographer from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire. Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) certifications with Radiology and Mammography credential required within 1 year of hire
• Licensed as a Medical Radiographer from the State of NE required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves
