Requirements

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of post registry preferred.
• ARRT Mammography certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and collects accurate patient history.
• Properly enters patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.
• Assists Radiologists with invasive procedures as needed.
• Performs mammography exams, screening and diagnostic studies, and operates imaging equipment to assist the Radiologist in the diagnosis of disease.
