Competency in stereotactic biopsy and/or ability to competently perform QC related to mammography. Additionally, this position is characterized by the ability to perform all types of mammography studies to include needle localization and ductograms. Works in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in Radiography and Mammography R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT). Qualified to perform stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS). PREFERRED Three (3) years of mammography experience. One (1) year of experience in stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography. Experience in Clinical Research setting. THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR SCREEN ATLANTA DEPARTMENT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in Radiography and Mammography R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT).
  • Qualified to perform stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
  • Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of mammography experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
  • Experience in Clinical Research setting.
