About The Position
As a Per Diem MRI Technologist, you will operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners while providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will verify patient history, prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Mammography experience
- Graduate of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification required; ARRT (Mammography) Required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required
Responsibilities
- Operate Mammography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Verify patient history and ensure exam appropriateness
- Prepare and position patients for Mammography exams
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Ensure high-quality imaging while following safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support accurate diagnosis
