As a Mammography Technologist, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with precision and care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable patient experience.

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Mammography
• Florida State License
• MQSA-compliant (Digital & 3D Mammography)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience preferred
• Patient-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Assist patients with limited mobility
• Frequent bending and reaching for positioning

Responsibilities

• Accurately position patients for high-quality images (70%)
• Perform daily QC/QA checks on mammography equipment (10%)
• Complete patient documentation in RIS system (10%)
• Identify and address scheduling or workflow issues (10%)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
• Collaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team environment
• Ensure compliance with ACR standards and MQSA regulations
• Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics
• Proactively identify and solve workflow challenges
