About The Position

The Mammography Technologist 2 is a skilled imaging professional responsible for independently performing high-quality screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures. This role requires advanced knowledge of breast imaging techniques, adherence to regulatory standards, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. The technologist demonstrates clinical judgement, performs complex imaging tasks, serves as a resource for training and mentoring junior team members, and participates in activities to ensure compliance with the MQSA and ACR standards.

Requirements

• Technical Program Radiography or Associate's Degree Radiography.
• ARRT- General Radiographer certification.
• ARRT- Mammography certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Two (2) years of Mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures.
