About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Mammography Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services—from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults—all designed to keep our community healthy. Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
Fellowship training in Mammography Radiology
Active New York State physician license
Experience with breast biopsies

Nice To Haves

Expertise with Breast MRI Imaging and MRI guided procedures preferred
Candidates with Body Imaging fellowship training will also be considered

Responsibilities

Interpret mammographic images
Conduct diagnostic breast procedures
Perform biopsies
Provide accurate diagnostic reports
Assist with reporting metrics such as tumor board registry

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $520,250 based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $651,770, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
