About The Position

The Mammogram Technologist is responsible for providing radiological services to patients according to physicians’ orders, ensuring patient safety and high-quality testing. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology.
• Previous experience in Mammography.
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Certified by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).
• Mammogram registered.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care.
• Ability to generate quality images in a timely manner.
• Successful completion department specific and/or hospital required training courses.
