About The Position
This is a full-time Mammography Technologist position located at Saxony Hospital. The hours are Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p. No call or holidays required! Growing hospital meeting the needs of the Fishers community! Sign-on bonus available to eligible applicants! Performs quality diagnostic and screening mammographic studies utilizing a knowledge of anatomic positions. Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures by explaining the process, positioning patients correctly, and adjusting equipment as needed. Reviews prior imaging to attain and/or improve tissue visualization as compared to prior studies. Complies with FDA MQSA Regulations. Assists with mammographs, ultrasound, and MR guided breast localizations and biopsies. May perform screening breast ultrasound procedures as required by local facility.
