About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time Mammo/X-Ray/Dexa Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires a versatile technologist proficient in three modalities—mammography, X-ray, and DEXA—to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. Candidates certified in mammography are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Licensure: ARRT (R)(M) required; NJ State License and CPR certification required
  • Certification: Candidates must be certified in mammography in order to be eligible for a $10K sign-on bonus
  • Experience: 2+ years of current diagnostic 3D mammography experience
  • Technical Skills: May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; attention to detail; excellent patient communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; bilingual proficiency preferred; ability to adhere to all safety protocols when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic 3D mammography, X-ray, and DEXA exams with accuracy and care
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment across all three modalities according to established protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
  • Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
  • Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
  • May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
  • Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with diverse patients
