Job Summary and Responsibilities Responsibilities: The technologist is primarily responsible for performing mammography studies The technologist maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve Position patients for appropriate procedures using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary Assist physicians with interventional imaging procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast, if applicable Will rotate between different campuses within Brazos Valley
