About The Position

The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational and independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. They follow standard mammography protocols to achieve departmental goals, with an emphasis on productivity, efficiency, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

ARRT(R) or ARRT registry eligible.
ARRT (R)(M) registry and Mammography certified or registry eligible is required.
At least three years of experience preferred.
Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Validation Checklist(s).
Meets mutually agreed-upon performance goals and objectives established annually and reviewed quarterly, as listed on the Performance Management Plan (PMP).
Monitors patient wait times throughout the shift via the tracker systems and other means to ensure patient wait times are kept at a minimum.
