Mammo Imaging Technologist | Full-Time, Days Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, one weekend a month, rotating holidays We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Imaging Technologist to join our collaborative and patient‑focused team. In this role, you will operate Mammography, X‑ray, CT, and MRI equipment to produce high‑quality diagnostic images that support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes. As a Senior Imaging Technologist at NewYork‑Presbyterian Queens, you will play a vital role in maintaining our premier standards of care while working alongside a world‑class clinical team. You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise, contribute to complex and rare diagnostic cases, and grow professionally in a dynamic academic medical environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AMA‑approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • New York State Radiologic Technologist License (Department of Health)
  • ARRT Registration - Radiology and Mammography

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using Mammography, X‑ray, CT, and MRI equipment
  • Ensure image quality meets departmental and regulatory standards
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care
  • Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff
  • Support continuous improvement in quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
