Requirements

• 0 to 6 months of experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent education desired.
• At least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• R.A.M.P. (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certification or licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ordering, receiving and stocking of alcoholic beverages in restaurant area.
• Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing, pricing accuracy, new items and discontinued items.
• Manage and implement all product tags, including weekly tags, tags for new items, discontinued items and special promotions.
• Assist with cashiering in the restaurant area.
• Control department costs by monitoring and improving operations.
• Maintain accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.
• Understand and adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests and products.
• Actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors and the community.
