About The Position

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts. This includes client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. As an Account Manager, you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.

Requirements

  • Experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve client issues effectively

  • Experience in the security industry
  • Knowledge of security operations and protocols
