About The Position
Malibu's Powertrain Development Engineering team is seeking a student for an 8-month Internship opportunity. The student must live near or be willing to relocate within driving distance from the plant that is in Loudon, TN. Start/completion dates listed below: Start date: May 2025, end of spring semester. Completion date: December 2025. As part of Malibu's Powertrain Development team, students will have the opportunity to assist in validation, continuous improvements, and process improvements of new designs and innovations for Malibu, Axis, and Cobalt engines. The position includes responsibilities that will allow students to build upon their current engineering foundation and passion for engines, marine industry and water sports. They will be challenged to identify opportunities for engine performance improvements, manufacturing process improvements, and designs to enhance the fit/form/function of current and new engine designs.
