About The Position

Mandara Spa is seeking dedicated Spa Attendants to provide and maintain the highest standards of customer service, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring high retention and increased treatment and retail sales for the Mandara Resort Division. Spa attendants will be responsible for checking in guests, providing guest orientation, and ensuring that all linen, towels, and beverages are clean, prepared, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Maintain the stockroom and organize the back of house.
• Report shortages of inventory for all supplies related to the spa attendant position.
• Launder all towels, linens, and bathrobes to ensure levels are stocked.
• Conduct spa walkthroughs to ensure common areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms are properly cleaned.
• Conduct minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and completing maintenance requests.
• Replenish stock levels including robes, sandals, bathroom towels, and product dispensers.
• Check-in spa deliveries and compare deliveries received with packing slips.
• Communicate effectively with service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Proactively solve problems as they arise while the guest is still in the spa.

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus of $1,000.
• Starting base hourly rate of $15.50, increased annually based on tenure.
• Incentive compensation programs yielding an average of $0.40 per hour.
