The Male Spa Attendant is responsible for providing general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. This role involves offering amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows, answering general property information questions, and escorting guests to and from treatment rooms. The attendant must regularly check the computer for schedule updates and changes. Key responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker rooms, and lounge areas, as well as disposing of trash and dirty linens, securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift, and stocking towels, linens, supplies, and amenities. The position requires reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, completing safety training, and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and professional appearance. The attendant is expected to anticipate and address guests’ service needs, express genuine appreciation, communicate professionally, develop positive working relationships, and comply with quality assurance standards. Physical demands include reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, moving, lifting, or carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by Supervisors.
