About The Position

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. Specific responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include: Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment Attending to the Reception Desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area Assisting with setup tasks involving special group requirements Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts primarily between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older to apply
Prior computer experience helpful
Customer service related experience required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience preferred
