About The Position

Mandara Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant to provide premier quality service to our male clientele in the locker room. The Spa Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and functional spa environment, performing general and industrial cleaning duties, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and organized. This position requires a male employee due to the nature of the locker room duties.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and caring demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with guests.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
• Technical knowledge of carpet cleaners, floor polishers, and commercial washing machines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Complete maintenance requests as issues arise.
• Perform minor repair tasks such as changing light bulbs.
• Maintain the stockroom and organize the kitchen.
• Report shortages of inventory for supplies related to the spa attendant position.
• Launder towels, linens, and bathrobes to ensure they are fully stocked for guests.
• Conduct spa walkthroughs to ensure common areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms are clean.
• Replenish stock levels including robes, sandals, towels, and other supplies.
• Ensure all required forms and supplies are available in service areas.
• Empty garbage as required.
• Check-in spa deliveries and compare them to packing slips.
• Utilize spa laundry facilities and machinery to wash towels, robes, and linens.
