About The Position

This is an entry-level position that serves as a great opportunity to gain skills for a career in the medical, addiction services, law enforcement, or emergency services field. The role involves working with individuals struggling with addiction and performing drug screening tasks in a Patient Care Center.

Requirements

• Must be available 7 days per week, primarily Monday to Friday from 11:45am to 8:30pm, including some weekends and holidays from 8am to 1pm.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling.
• Ability to use a computer, monitor, cell phone, mouse, and keyboard extensively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical or addiction services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform observed collection of urine samples from patients.
• Check in patients and ensure they are served with respect and dignity.
• Ship samples to the lab and maintain cleanliness of the center.
• Follow written and oral instructions and directions.
• Manage variable days due to random testing needs.
