About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate male caregiver to provide PRN (as-needed) support to clients in the Woodbridge, VA area. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in clients’ daily lives.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
- Ability to work PRN / flexible hours
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition
