Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing personal care and enriching our clients' life. Through patience and desire to help others, you will be able to give a meaningful and customized care. You show up everyday and give it your best with a positive attitude and keeping our clients' best interest in mind. This job requires transfers from and to wheelchair without a gait belt to maximize independence. Communication, transparency and attention to detail is a priority for the well-being of the client. Meals included.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. You are professional and a great listener.
Patience, coachable, punctuality, and great communication.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification or experience working with individuals who require transfers.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in providing personal care and support to individuals.
Great attention to detail and organized.

Responsibilities

Drive client's vehicle to outings
Available for 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm)
Perform transfers without gait belt.
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercise.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients.
