About The Position

The Flats at Arrowood Apartments is now hiring for a Make Ready. This position involves preparing vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, maintaining snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
