We are hiring dedicated and motivated Prep/Make Ready positions for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Perform final preparation and minor repairs on luxury apartments prior to move-in
Complete drywall repairs and paint touch-ups as needed
Replace or repair doors, locks, and hardware
Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures)
Assist with other maintenance duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field
• Ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready
• Strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards
• Capable of performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups)
• Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
• No third parties
