What you will be doing: The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: CaulkingDrywall repair Touch up painting Test all locks and key sets Assist in inspection of property Maintaining exterior lightingGround equipment repair and preventative maintenance Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc. Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary Pool maintenance Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies. What we’ll expect from you: Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle. Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties. #AC6291

Responsibilities
- Caulking
- Drywall repair
- Touch up painting
- Test all locks and key sets
- Assist in inspection of property
- Maintaining exterior lighting
- Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
- Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.
- Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
- Pool maintenance
- Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
