The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins. Your Purpose & General Responsibilities: Embody the Olympus Property Core Values: Customer Care Teamwork Trust Family Fun Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal) Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints Wash and treat surfaces Remove mildew Sand and adhere finishes Complete various work orders as needed Calculate required materials and estimate costs Essential Needs for Cape House: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required Detail-oriented Reliable Self-starter Takes pride in their work. Electrical, plumbing, appliance, mechanical & HVAC skills needed as you will be on-call and assisting with work orders. EPA certified. Complete full make‑ready turns within established timelines. Execute high‑quality painting: full repaints, touch‑ups, trim work, and color matching. Ensure all appliances are functional and properly installed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and shop area. Document completed work and report additional needs to the Maintenance Supervisor. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently. Requirements
