About The Position
Forest Creek Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician. Duties: Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Should have knowledge of painting Basic make ready skills Knowledge of appliances Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
