Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or apartment maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, light renovations)
• Maintain strong curb appeal by keeping grounds clean and well-maintained
• Complete service requests and general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Perform routine inspections and report any safety concerns
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and maintenance organization
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and step in as needed
