About The Position

Churchill Residential, Churchill at Longview, a 160-unit Family Living Community is looking for a temporary fulltime Make Ready Technician. Tentatively 6 to 12 month employment. Paints vacant apartments, offices, clubhouse, laundry rooms, common areas and occupied apartments when necessary. Assists Lead Maintenance in maintaining written status board and uses make-ready list. Responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy and ensures the company standard completion within 5 working days of make ready apartments by checking, testing, repairing, or replacing components. May be assigned resident work orders. Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep and curb appeal of the property includes common areas. Maintains daily cleanliness of office and all other amenities and common areas of property. This includes laundry rooms, walkways, breezeways, bathrooms, recreational areas, dumpsters, entrances, foyers, walkways, streets, driveways, etc. Sweep, mop, and clean floors.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of Make Ready experience in the Apartment Industry.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job description.
• Be available for oncall rotation.
