About The Position
The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons is actively seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to join our growing team in Garland, TX. This position performs various maintenance related duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property as well as bring vacant units up to make-ready status.
Responsibilities
- Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition.
- Performs various community maintenance functions.
- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
