About The Position

The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to: caulking, drywall repair, touch up painting, testing all locks and key sets, assisting in inspection of property, maintaining exterior lighting, ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc. The technician must also assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary, and perform pool maintenance. Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
