As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll be the key player who transforms recently vacated apartments into move-in ready homes. Your work ensures every new resident’s first impression is a great one. What You’ll Be Doing: Apartment Refresh – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready. Safety First – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards. Pitch In – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed. Resident-Friendly – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on-site.
