Job Summary

As the Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper you will be responsible for preparing the units for move-in, general upkeep and cleanliness of a section of the apartment community, including parking lot, grounds surrounding the buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, mechanical rooms, and sprinkler systems.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High school Diploma or GED
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Act with integrity

Nice To Haves

• Previous grounds or landscaping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping and parking lots
• Assists in preparing units for move-in
• May monitor and repair/clean gauges, trash areas, pets, property exteriors, property hallways, sprinkling systems and fences
• Performs various building and property maintenance tasks fulfilling preventative maintenance, service requests, grounds keeping, and turn-over maintenance as needed.
• Submit requests for supplies to Property Manager
• Keep property curb appeal in great condition at all times
• Keep work supplies organized in storage areas
• Assist with snow removal and salting on sidewalks and entry ways
• Some pool maintenance may be required
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents
• Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned; including some minor maintenance and light cleaning
